Zyscovich's 46-year portfolio includes aviation, mixed-use, multi-family, hospitality, retail, education, and commercial facilities.

We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Office Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical and administrative functions such as answering phones and greeting guests, sending emails, sorting and distributing mail, and package handling.
  • Order office and kitchen supplies and maintain supply inventory; restock kitchen as needed.
  • Schedules and organizes activities such as weekly "Lunch and Learns" and monthly Happy Hours
  • Handling the info-Account
  • Assist with building maintenance issues
  • Exhibits professionalism through consistently upholding a positive and cooperative demeanor when interacting with all colleagues, visitors, and clients.
  • Work closely with team members across different departments to support their administrative needs and facilitate efficient communication within the office.
  • Approach challenges with a positive attitude and resourcefulness.
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner both verbally and in writing in English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; attention to detail is a must
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines and respond to changes at short notice.
  • Spanish is a plus.

Education

  • High school education; college level preferred
