Construction Administrator Support - Miami

Zyscovich's 45-year portfolio includes aviation, education, mixed-use, multi-family, hospitality, retail, and commercial facilities.
Zyscovich is searching for an exceptional candidate to support the Construction Administration team who can contribute to its highly innovative and diverse team of professionals in the Miami office.
- Maintain accurate records for projects under construction including Drawing, Submittal, RFI, Meeting Minute, Site Visit, Change Order and Contractors' Application for Payment logs.
- Assist Const. Admin. Project Manager with communication between Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and Architect.
- Assist CA Project Manager in preparing minutes and site visit reports.
- Assist in transferring shop drawings markups as directed by CA Project Manager.
- Assist CA Project Manager with distribution of Submittals, RFIs and Meeting Minutes, Site Visit, Change Order and Application for Payment.
- Assist Const. Project Manager with review and distribution of Contractors' closeout documents.
- Keep and maintain GMP/Bid database for closed and current projects.
- Maintain change order analysis data for construction projects.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam software
- Knowledge of Newforma, Procore and e-Builder software highly preferred.
- Strong communication, writing, and organization skills
